Lynch Oil, located on E Carroll Street in Kissimmee, is a local business with a rich history dating back to 1969. Founded by A.M. Lynch Jr., the company started as a Sinclair Oil Consignee business before expanding its operations and becoming a BP Marketer.
One of the significant milestones for Lynch Oil was winning the Osceola County School Board Diesel fuel bid in 1969 at an impressive rate of only $.13 per gallon for the entire year. This achievement showcased their commitment to providing quality fuel at affordable prices to the community.
In December 1970, Lynch Oil made a strategic decision to venture into the service station business by acquiring a corner lot in Kissimmee and building a two-bay gas station with a car wash.
