After working alongside renowned chefs and discovering unique dishes from various regions of Mexico, Chef Manning returned to the United States to share his culinary expertise. MX Taco opened its doors in 2018, offering fresh tacos, traditional soups, and street corn influenced by pre-Hispanic Mayan culture and flavorful Pueblan and Oaxacan sauces. Unfortunately, MX Taco has permanently closed.
